Get your work organized and mitigate risks with an experimentation process.
Having an experimental mindset is essential for driving innovation and reducing risks. It involves creating a safe space to take calculated risks, learning from experiences, and continuously improving. By prioritizing the exploration of new ideas and developing creative solutions that may have been overlooked, you can work around problems. An experimental mindset promotes adaptability and resilience, as people become more willing to embrace change and pivot when necessary.
